Gail Kuppan is a Knowledge Expert! More than three decades as a social justice Lawyer, an Access to Justice Legal Scholar, and impacting Universities, communities and , nations with her “Access to Justice includes Education” theory, Gail Kuppan has designed an innovative “Knowledge Industry Skills Development” incubator – a niche model to develop skills in the Knowledge Industry! The unique hub focuses on educating, training, coaching and developing experts with skills to identify, analyse, and solve complex issues through a process of research, data analysis, drawing conclusions through data insights and presenting insights to various audiences. Gail Kuppan is a policy-maker, curriculum developer and international influencer . She has taught hundreds of undergraduate and postgraduate Law students, internationally (UK, USA and Africa); music to PGCERT & B.ED students in the United Kingdom and hosted empowerment seminars and conferences internationally (Israel, USA, India and Africa). Noted as an expert on Access to justice, Gail has engaged in high profile policy development, international research projects and pioneered grassroots community projects to address pertinent issues:to name a few: A university Law Clinic, aligned to the Access to Justice Agenda , which provided pro Bono legal services whilst simultaneously engaging law students with practical skills development; Entrepreneur Law Clinic, media and entertainment law Courses. She has established Entertainment Businesses, empowered artists and inspired others. The legal structures and contingency plans she executed on behalf of artists have added much value to their talent. She has negotiated radio AirPlay, secured radio interviews and set up royalties earning structures. Gail was commissioned by the South African social welfare parliamentary committee, to contribute to legislation, commissioned by a local studio school to monitor a music education/industry collaborative partnership, which was a stepping stone to a Phd studentship. is also a Local Education Authority Appeals Board Member, whose team pioneered the COVID-19 online appeals.
